Womb Embrace helps parents adjust with the new journey as the family grows. From adjusting to time schedules to running errands, we are here to offer support where you need us. This package includes 3 in home visits and 2.5 hours per visit. The package includes 1 in home visit between 36-37 weeks to discuss postpartum preparation (food, chart, support team, etc.) Processing the Birth Experience Yoga poses that can help with increasing milk supply and bonding with the baby *must be approved by the doctor before starting* Errands Emotional Support Light Housekeeping How can the family support you after labor and delivery Breastfeeding support Baby cues Helping older children adjust to the new baby How to set boundaries with the new baby when it comes to family and friends Nutrition Postpartum herbs *Payment Plans are available*
